About the company:
The Ameria pasta factory was founded on the basis of bakery plant in the city of Kurchatov, Kursk region. Pasta under the Ameria and Federici trademarks is produced using modern Swiss (Bühler) and Italian (Fava, Pavan). The pasta factory has four technologically advanced production lines with a total production capacity of 125 tonnes per day, manufacturing a range of pasta products including durum wheat pasta, soft wheat pasta, whole grain pasta and gluten-free pasta based on:

1. Corn and rice
2. Buckwheat
3. Green pea
4. Red lentil
5. Brown rice, amaranth and quinoa
6. Chickpea
7. Corn

The quality control process is overseen by the production and technical laboratory, which is part of the Ameria pasta factory.
